Update

FIRST - I must give credit for the photo leading my last post. I received several compliments, thank you, but it was taken by my daughter. I'm sorry that I had not noted it in my post. SECOND - In a few days I will be off to see said daughter and pictured granddaughter, AND my other daughter and granddaughter to be (8 months pregnant) for her baby shower. Yippeee! Heavy workload here, as well as weekend days taken sailing on our little boat. Photos and more in a bit....

Thanks for visiting. I love having you at my table with me.

A time has come in my life to reach into another place, to reach into a cobwebbed and stiff part of my brain - the creative part. And then, maybe to take what I find to hold it out to share. You see, I have never been creative (and am still not, you might say); I have experienced the world analytically. I now see there is so much more to the world than that.

This started with an idea to write a photo-journal to myself. In that journal, I would write and take photos of details to CONTEMPLATE the numerous sparkles of life I have around me, and CAPTURE them to last. So here I am, come join me....

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
